What we Believe

As Christians we believe in the Triune God. God, 3 persons in one; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
As Christians we believe Jesus Christ is God in the flesh.
As Christians we believe Christ died for the sins of all humanity and was resurrected to eternal life.
As Christians we are characterized by our love for one another.
We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God.
As Christians we strive to worship God in Spirit and Truth.
As Christians we believe God requires us to walk by faith.
As Christians once we received Christ our lives are changed, old things are passed away and all things have become new.

Mission

We teach the inspired Word of God to fulfill the whole man; spirit, soul, and body with the assurance that God is not a respecter of persons.

Our goal is to become ambassadors for Christ who are manifesting the fruit of the Spirit everywhere we go and compelling others to experience the life of Christ. Helping those in the Body of Christ to find and fulfill their place in ministry.

History

Under the guidance of the Person of The Holy Spirit, Pastors Roger L. and Madell H. Breedlove founded In Christ New Hope Ministry, Inc. in the city of Rochester, NY.

Given the mandate to “minister to the whole man; spirit, soul and body,” the first service was held on Sunday, April 12, 1998 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (640 Brooks Avenue, Rochester NY). On January 14, 2001, we moved to our current location: 155 Pinnacle Road, Rochester NY 14623. We also have an affiliate church located in Altamonte Springs, FL.

In Christ New Hope Ministry has a variety of services and ministries, including youth services, Christian activities, conferences that build up men and women, outreach for salvation, classes for new believers and new members, leadership training and effective ministry training, as well as Big Book meetings for drug and alcohol-addicted persons.

For our seventh anniversary (2005), In Christ New Hope Ministry hosted Drs. Frederick K.C. and Betty Price and together we introduced hundreds to salvation during the three-day revival. Subsequently, in 2006, God breathed The Believers Meeting into existence and it is now an annual time of ministry connecting the Oneness of God to our ministry, its partners and the community-at-large.

The Lord added an increase in July 2009 with “The Glory of The Lord Capital Campaign.” Our new 10,000 sq. ft. facility won an Excellence Award from architectural firm Clark Patterson Lee.

In 2016, our Health & Wellness ministry opened a fitness center on our campus in memory of Elder Thomas Banister Jr.
